While Brandy was out of town over the weekend of March 27-29, I decided to grab Jarrod and head north for a stop on the Green Chile Cheeseburger Trail. It turned into so much more though.
Continue reading “Santa Fe”As in love as I am with Brandy, it’s clear there are some things need to be worked on before we can have a successful relationship. We both have a couple of personal issues to work out and we’ve decided it would be best if we live apart while we work on those things.
Not to say that we will or won’t end up back together after all is said and done. It’s too soon to be able to tell.

Brandy and I drove back up to the Cedro Creek Nature Trail for a Sunday hike.
As we had done this trail already in the past, we went straight to the trailhead, instead of wandering for 20 minutes looking for it.

We decided to try the trail we had gone to the day before, but it was very crowded there too. We headed back down the mountain and wound up going to lunch instead.

There are 63 national parks in the United States and its territories and it took meeting Brandy to visit my first one (which was Mesa Verde National Park in southwestern Colorado last year.)
This weekend, we visited my second, Carlsbad Caverns in Southeastern New Mexico.
